The Rental Show announces new exhibitors

Rental business owners looking for new products to add to their inventories will have twice the opportunity to find something different at The Rental Show in Atlanta March 2-5 as more than 120 first-time exhibitors, double the number of last year, will be on the show floor this year.

“It’s exciting to have new companies coming into The Rental Show, as it demonstrates the tremendous interest in the rental market that exists,” said Carla Johnson, ARA associate member director. “These companies are eager to showcase their products and meet rental business personnel in Atlanta.”

Of these new exhibitors, 44 percent are in the light construction/general tool department, 33 percent in the heavy construction department and 22 percent in the party/special event department.

Products being offered by these first-time exhibitors in heavy construction include towable and skid-mounted air compressors, a two-axle articulated dump truck, portable conveyor systems and an OSHA-approved material handler box that also functions as a work platform. Light construction/general tool products from new exhibitors include a variety of trailers, commercial upright and backpack vacuums, portable air conditioning and heating equipment, and a wireless voice communications system for workers. New products in party/special event include washable and changeable modular furniture, tent stake extractors, a variety of linens, and evaporative snow and foam machines.

An online exhibitor search is available at www.TheRentalShow.com. Searches can be done alphabetically or by product category. Each company has an online virtual booth that includes booth number, products that will be available at the Show and contact information. Some companies have customized their booths to include photos and more product details. A Rental Show Assistant online planning tool is available to help attendees organize the companies and products they want to see.

Currently, the light construction/general tool department of The Rental Show is sold out. Overall, exhibit space is 97 percent sold.
