Cub Cadet’s new Series 1000 lawn tractors feature stronger engines, tougher frames, an innovative cutting system and a tighter turning radius. Available in 8 models with 42- to 54-inch decks, they boast powerful and durable Kohler engines that deliver excellent performance. The tractors are equipped with 9-gauge steel frame rails and cast-iron front axles. The cutting system leaves no blade of grass uncut, propelling and distributing clippings through an extra-wide discharge chute and making them disappear into the lawn. The small turning radius (12 inches versus an industry standard of 18 inches) saves homeowners time and frustration when maneuvering around obstacles.
