Charter Software releases interface to CNH online parts catalog
Charter Software recently released its interface between its Windows-based business management software, DealerWin, and CNH Case New Holland’s online parts catalog (OPC). This interface eliminates the need for CNH dealers to leave and re-enter DealerWin when looking up parts. In the OPC part information screen, dealers can view their list prices, bin location, Promo IDs, Parts Marketing Codes, and other parts data stored in DealerWin. More importantly, when clicking on a diagram in the OPC, their on-hand quantity for every part shown in the diagram appears in the screen’s parts grid. With just a few mouse clicks, the dealer can create parts picklists and transfer them into a DealerWin parts invoice, work order and/or stock order. The interface runs on both the DVD and online versions of OPC.
