Ariens announces changes in executive management

 Bill EnglerOn May 5, Ariens Company announced changes to its executive management structure in order to allow for growth and provide more focus on key segments.


“As the company continues to expand in product, brands, channels and geographic territory, it is important to organize our leadership teams in a way that ensures our ability to sustain growth, as well as prepare for our next level of expansion,” said Dan Ariens, president & CEO, Ariens Company.


Jeff Hebbard will assume the new role of president of Ariens Company Wholegoods Business, reporting to Dan Ariens. Hebbard previously held the position of senior vice president sales of marketing & product development. In this new role, he will assume responsibility for all current brands of Ariens, Gravely, EverRide and Great Dane; recent acquisitions of Parker, Treker, and Kee; and expanding the Gravely Turf business.


“Taking a holistic approach to our equipment business will allow Jeff to create a marketing, product development and sales organization that is focused on developing these brands and developing our capabilities to respond to new market opportunities,” said Dan Ariens.


Bob Bradford will assume the new title of senior vice president of operations, reporting to Dan Ariens. Bradford previously held the position of vice president of manufacturing, supply chain & logistics. This title reflects the expansion of Bradford’s responsibilities as it relates to managing the complexities associated with the company’s growing product lines and manufacturing footprint, according to Ariens. This role will also allow for the potential to grow the company’s operations, supply chain, and logistics leadership.


John Horn will assume the new role of vice president of sales — Ariens Wholegoods, reporting to Jeff Hebbard. Horn previously held the position of director of sales — international, turf, government & distributor sales. In this new role, Horn will be responsible for providing direction to the sales leadership team and implementing strategies to grow brands and sales channels, including the independent dealer channel.


In addition, Ariens Company named Bill Engler director of sales — LSC, distributor and industrial. He will serve as the contact for national landscape and maintenance, repair and operating (MRO), as well as a resource for dealers who support LSC sales. Engler previously was director of sales — North America.
