NOTE: The 2011 Green Industry and Equipment Expo (GIE+EXPO) will be held Thursday, Oct. 27, through Saturday, Oct. 29, at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, Ky., which is on Eastern Time. Following is the show’s schedule (as of August 29), but it is subject to change:
