Briggs & Stratton opens joint health care clinic

Briggs & Stratton Corporation has teamed up with TransformHealthRx to operate a health clinic for its employees working at its facility in Statesboro, Ga. City of Statesboro employees also have access to the clinic.


“Briggs & Stratton is very excited about this new clinic for our employees,” said Paul Prickett, director of benefits and compensation, Briggs & Stratton. “This new clinic is consistent with Briggs & Stratton’s long-held belief that our employees are our greatest asset.”


James Suchovsky, Briggs & Stratton Statesboro plant manager, added, “With this clinic, our employees can continue to receive high-quality medical care, but now tailored to their individual needs and at the lowest possible cost.”


TransformHealthRx has a proven history of providing personalized services that include primary healthcare, wellness, management of chronic diseases, as well as helping to manage care delivered by specialists outside the clinic. TransformHealthRx is based out of Statesboro, Ga.


The Briggs & Stratton Health Center in Statesboro, Ga., complements Briggs & Stratton’s health clinics located in Milwaukee, Wis., and Poplar Bluff, Mo. The Statesboro clinic started seeing patients on Jan. 13, 2014.
