c-Systems announces Automated Warranty Claims Transmission for prominent vendors

c-Systems Software, Inc., Arlington, Texas, announced June 18 the additions of Echo, Shindaiwa, Toro, Exmark and Stihl to its list of vendors with the ability to send Automated Warranty Claims Transmission from within its Infinity business management system. This latest addition will be available with Infinity 6.0 due to be released in the next few weeks.

Dealers spend a considerable amount of time and effort manually filling out and submitting warranty claims. This added expense creates an unnecessary burden on the dealer. Because of this, the need for an automated warranty claims submission process has become a top priority for c-Systems.

Automated Warranty Claims Transmission provides the ability to submit warranty claims electronically. With this new process, the dealer requires little intervention to submit the claim to the vendor. Infinity captures the warranty claim data from within the repair order, including all parts, labor and appropriate remarks as determined by the vendor, and immediately transmits the data electronically to the vendor.

The addition of these vendors to c-Systems’ Automated Warranty Claims Transmission feature supplements the company’s extensive list of electronic integrations contained within its business management systems.
