Schiller brands help beautify Arlington National Cemetery

Schiller Grounds Care, Inc., a manufacturer of lawn and garden power equipment, recently joined forces with the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP) to help beautify and preserve the grounds at Arlington National Cemetery.

The 19th annual Renewal & Remembrance event drew more than 400 volunteers from the landscaping industry, including team members from Ryan and Steiner. The brands aided efforts to aerate more than 200 acres of the cemetery.

“Arlington National Cemetery is revered for its beautifully maintained grounds, which we think illustrates the high respect Americans have for their fallen soldiers,” said Matt Donahue, Schiller brand director. “We are honored to have been a part of this day of service that gives back to the heroes who gave so much to us.”
