Cub Cadet names 2015 National Retailer of the Year
Cub Cadet recently named American Pride Power Equipment in Zanesville, Ohio, its 2015 National Retailer of the Year. This honor, given to the locally owned and operated business, is presented each year to one of Cub Cadet’s 1,300 dealers nationwide.
The award encompasses overall sales and customer service, as well as customer support and loyalty, dealership growth and commitment to the Cub Cadet brand.
“We want to just continue to be an outstanding dealer for Cub Cadet and show that we have an excellent relationship with our manufacturers and customers both,” said Ryan Dodson, who founded the dealership 18 years ago and serves as president at American Pride Power Equipment. “If we keep on taking care of our customers, the rest will follow.”
Dodson said the dealership backs up its exceptional customer service with solid programs such as a No Downtime Policy and Winter Service Specials.
“Ryan and his team work hard to do business the right way,” said Tom Rossman, director of sales for Cub Cadet. “They genuinely care about their customers and about serving their community for the long haul.
