Terramac, an Elburn, Ill.-based manufacturer of innovative rubber track crawler carriers, recently expanded its representation in the North American market to include Wilson Equipment as part of its dealer network. Wilson Equipment will represent the versatile Terramac product line in the Louisville, Lexington and eastern Kentucky markets, as well as southern Indiana.
“Wilson Equipment has a deep history of providing customers with superior service, equipment and parts availability,” said Andrew Konopka, president of Terramac. “We are pleased to have them join our growing network, and we look forward to a successful partnership.”
Wilson Equipment will offer Terramac’s versatile RT9 and RT14 straight frame crawler carriers, as well as the new 360-degree-rotating RT14R unit. The dealership is participating in Terramac’s RT14R Tow and Show event and is scheduled to showcase the new unit to local contractors in May at its Lexington, Ky., location.
With the addition of Terramac crawler carriers, Wilson Equipment will serve a variety of industries, including oil and gas, reclamation, general construction, site development, utility and governmental. Wilson Equipment will also offer a variety of customizable support attachments, which Terramac units accommodate, such as cranes, drills, generators and hydroseeders, as well as Terramac’s three standard attachment options – convertible dump-to-flat beds, rock dump beds and flatbeds. Wilson Equipment will provide professional sales, rental and support on the Terramac product line from its five locations in Kentucky.
“Terramac is highly regarded for their quality crawler carriers,” said Will Rodes, vice president of Wilson Equipment. “Their machines provide versatility, enhanced safety and innovative track technology. We’re excited to offer such value to our customers.”
“Terramac’s industry leadership, expertise and product support is impressive,” added Jay Rodes, president of Wilson Equipment. “We’re proud to provide customers with Terramac’s superior products, and we look forward to a lasting relationship.”
