B3C Fuel Solutions, LLC — a Conway, S.C.-based manufacturer of environmentally friendly products and solutions that resolve engine and fuel system problems caused by today’s modern gasoline and diesel fuels — recently announced the appointment of Robert (Bob) Crane as director of sales. Crane will be responsible for sales planning and implementation for all B3C markets, with an emphasis on automotive, heavy duty, marine and industrial, including aftermarket, OEM and OES opportunities.

Crane is a senior sales executive with broad management experience and extensive knowledge of sales, marketing, and team building. He is known for creating brand awareness in already established markets and has extensive experience in building sales team networks.

An experienced business leader, Crane has held several key senior management positions, driving results in sales, product development, marketing, operations and recruiting. He has created strategies to turn around underperforming businesses and developed specific action plans for execution. He has extensive experience in dealing with complex sales solutions, and providing a systematic approach that benefits both the company and customer

Crane has extensive experience working with companies in manufacturing and distribution channels, including REC Associates, CRP Industries, and Universal Auto Radiator Manufacturing Company.

Working as a consultant and coach, Crane’s dominant focus has been helping companies build exceptional sales organizations that produce sustainable, predictable revenue with solid profit margins. He has helped develop strategy and execution plans, as well as created and taught processes for consistent and predictable sales performance. Transitioning companies to adapt in changing/consolidating markets has been essential in past roles.

Crane resides in Blythewood, S.C., enjoys gardening and swimming, and has a passion for cooking and wine.
