Team@Work bolsters coaching staff

Team@Work, a top coaching and business services organization, continues to add to its impressive coaching staff with the appointments of Mona Sabah Earnest, MHROD, as vice president – human resources organization development, and Jonathan Walters, ATP/SMS, C.E.A.C., as vice president – leadership development and complex rehab technology coach.

Sabah Earnest is a human resources professional who has 20-plus years of proven experience with both private and non-profit organizations, including Campbell Soup Company, Sonic corporate headquarters, Hewlett Packard, State of Oklahoma, DHS and Oklahoma State University. Sabah Earnest speaks fluently in three languages (Urdu/Hindi, Spanish and English), and she has lived in six countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, England and the United States). She is also an accomplished author, speaker and leader. Sabah Earnest published her first book, From Isa to Christ, in February 2017, and she is currently writing a book on cultural diversity. Sabah Earnest is dedicated to enthusiastic and dynamic teaching as a means of creating and sustaining organizational change for all levels. As an endorser stated, “Mona is the consummate learning and development professional, dedicated to the success of the learner.” Sabah Earnest earned her master’s degree in human resources & organization development (MHROD) from the University of San Francisco, as well as a bachelor’s degree in microbiology with a minor in chemistry from the University of California-Davis.

Walters has spent more than 20 years leading and growing organizations while serving in several key roles, including director of sales, executive vice president, president, and managing consultant. His professional skills include personal leadership development, team engagement, strategic planning, content creation, process improvement, and public speaking. He specializes in encouraging individuals to grow into leaders, as well as inspiring teams and organizations to move from chaos to clarity. He will complete his master’s degree in organizational leadership from Clarks Summit University in Clarks Summit, Pa. in May of 2018. He has a bachelor’s degree in theology from the North Star Bible Institute in Rochester, N.Y. He is also a Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America (RESNA)-certified Assistive Technology Professional (ATP)/Seating & Mobility Specialist (SMS) and a Healthcare Business Academy fellow.
