Toro on Thursday unveiled its Z Master 2000 zero-turn mower, delivering the power, speed, reliability and a super-premium cut that landscape contractors desire to power up their productivity to new levels.

When they add a Toro Z Master 2000 to their fleet, your dealership’s landscape contractor customers will immediately start experiencing a positive return on their investment. They will not only mow more properties faster, allowing them to get in more jobs in a day, they’ll be doing so in incredible comfort thanks to Toro’s patented MyRIDE suspension system, the most advanced riding system available on any type of riding mower. Designed with precision detail by Toro’s engineers, they will mow more and experience less fatigue with the custom adjustable riding experience offered by MyRIDE.

Following is from a Toro product release:

100 Years of Engineering Ingenuity

When you’ve spent 100 years designing mowers, you earn a century’s worth of knowledge.

Toro’s engineers have applied this collective expertise to the fully commercial-grade Toro Z Master 2000. With no time or energy to waste, the Z Master 2000, available in deck sizes of 48-, 52- and 60 inches, gives you plenty of both with superbly capable, get-it-done-right productivity.

The Z Master 2000, built on an extra-strength fully tubular frame for rock-solid durability, is constructed to work and work and work, while not working you over. We use top-grade materials and engineering for both all-job toughness and all-rider ease.

Power, Speed, Reliability – Everything You Need

Engineered for speed and reliability, the Toro Z Master 2000 delivers a power punch to your mowing efforts. Power-packed Toro or Kawasaki 25 hp engines deliver a speedy 11 mph, drive a blade speed of 18,000 fpm, and power big, traction-happy 24-inch rear-drive tires that just want to keep going until the job is done. Heat-treated 0.204-inch razor sharp steel blades give manicured lawns the super-premium cut they deserve while shredding through long wet grass like a hot knife through butter. The adjustable cut-of-height foot pedal lets you adjust your cut between 1.5 to 5 inches in one-quarter increments for the precision your customers demand.

Turbo Force: The Secret to More Productive Mowing

With Toro’s patented Turbo Force® deck system, the Toro Z Master 2000 is designed for lightning-strike efficiency that re-defines no-quit durability. Using high-strength, military-grade steel, the Turbo Force cutting deck stands up to every challenge, pass after pass, day after day, year after year. Work done right and work done right away.

The Turbo Force is a wholistic engineering system focused on manipulating the air flow under the deck to chop up grass finer and discharge to prevent grass from collecting under the deck and on the machine’s spindles. An adjustable baffle allows the user to adjust a 7-gauge baffle based on grass conditions (wet, dry, long, etc.) to create the lift and suction needed to direct grass to a third spindle which finely shreds up clippings. A bullnose bumper creates more airflow while lifting stubborn grass and preventing clippings from being blown out the front of the machine. An extra tough rubber discharge chute clears obstacles while dispersing clippings – and you’ll wonder why all mower manufacturers don’t employ such as feature on their machines.
