Nivel Parts & Manufacturing Acquires SnorkelyourATV
Nivel Parts & Manufacturing Co. has acquired SnorkelyourATV LLC, a manufacturer in the UTV and ATV accessory space with a primary focus on snorkel kits allowing the UTV/ATV to operate with its engine underwater.
Through the acquisition, Nivel expands its snorkel product line with a well-recognized brand and gains important product insight, reports the company.
“We are excited to welcome SnorkelyourATV into the Nivel family,” says Brett Hankey, Nivel CEO. “Kyle [Tallman, founder and former owner] built a great business centered around new product development, quality production, and customer-focused sales and service. We look forward to working with Kyle and our UTV team to build on the company’s success.”
Founded in 2008, SnorkelyourATV engineers, fabricates and direct-sells more than 160 proprietary accessories for most UTVs and ATVs. SnorkelyourATV’s products allow ATV/UTV owners to customize, increase performance and protect their vehicles.
