Nivel Acquires System 3 Off-Road

Nivel Parts & Manufacturing Co., the manufacturer of aftermarket parts and accessories for PTVs, UTVs and automotive, has acquired System 3 Off-Road, a UTV tire and wheel manufacturer and supplier based in Yorba Linda, California. System 3 products are exclusively distributed by Tucker Powersports.

In a press release, Nivel stated that it recognizes “the growth in the UTV market and understands the importance of a well-rounded product portfolio appealing to all UTV segments. Through the acquisition of System 3, Nivel expands into the UTV tire and wheel market with a well-recognized brand built on providing an excellent customer experience and high-quality products.”

Nivel’s brands and divisions include: Octane Ridge, Highlifter, Seizmik and Side By Side Stuff in the UTV space, as well as MadJax, Red Dot, GTW, Jake’s, Reliance, Falcon Ridge, Arcos and others. In January of this year, the company acquired SnorkelyourATV, a manufacturer in the UTV and ATV accessory space with a primary focus on snorkel kits allowing the UTV/ATV to operate with its engine underwater.
