OPE Business Dealer Forum Welcomes Second Sponsor, Schedules Initial Educational Sessions

The OPE Business Dealer Forum has welcomed its second sponsor – Ferris Mowers – and also has secured its initial set of speakers for presentations at the event, which will take place November 14-16 in Orlando, Florida.

Ferris Mowers, a Briggs & Stratton brand, makes innovative, commercial-grade turf care products engineered to improve performance and operator comfort. Its product roster includes zero-turn mowers, stand-on mowers, walk-behinds and front-mount mowers, as well as stand-on blowers, ride-on spreader/sprayers and an array of mower attachments and accessories. Ferris Mowers is a proud partner of the Professional Grounds Management Society.

In addition, the OPE Business Dealer Forum has scheduled its first two educational breakout sessions:

  • “OPE: Pivoting to 2023” will be the opening session at the Dealer Forum On Monday, November 14th (4-5 p.m.). Outdoor power equipment dealers who fearlessly adapt to changes in the market will be the ones most likely to overcome challenges that come their way. Constellation Software’s Don Miller and Dave Johnson will help OPE dealerships pinpoint those challenges that are in store for us in 2023, spot the top industry trends and identify how to make them work for you.
  • “Cashing In on Your Service Department” will take place the following day, Tuesday, November 15th (9:15-10 a.m.). Is your service department operating as efficiently – and profitably – as it should be? The service department is a cash cow, so be sure you’re treating it as such. And if it isn’t today, it can be! In this session, Tim Berman – innovation manager at Ideal Computer Systems, c-Systems and Charter Software – will walk you through how to ensure your service department is a well-oiled machine.

A must-attend event for OPE dealers, the inaugural OPE Business Dealer Forum will bring together top experts and leaders from the outdoor power equipment industry to focus on critical issues, the latest trends, business growth, and future planning with workshops, seminars, case studies and more. Held November 14-16 at the Caribe Royale in Orlando, Florida, the Dealer Forum is a one-of-a-kind educational experience designed to help your dealership thrive and ensure you’re aware of where the industry and your customers are headed.
