Robert G. Jenson Named Director of eCommerce of Stihl Inc.

Robert G. Jenson has been named the director of ecommerce of Stihl Inc. Responsible for all end-to-end aspects of ecommerce business operations in the United States, he will focus on providing a seamless customer experience in the digital space, the company reports. Jenson will report to the Stihl Inc. vice president of sales and marketing.

In his role, Jenson will ensure accountability for all aspects of the company’s ecommerce business including performance marketing, fulfillment, customer service, payments, merchandising and data analytics. He will also collaborate with the Stihl global ecommerce team to further align global business plans and develop online sales initiatives while effectively localizing strategic plans tailored to reflect the evolving needs of the U.S. market.

Jenson joins Stihl Inc. after eight years at Whirlpool Corporation where he served in a variety of management positions, most recently as the director of direct-to-consumer & digital properties.
