Service department trends for Q3 revealed in dealer survey

Dealers who completed the Q3 2022 OPE Business Dealer Survey on average capitalized on strong sales in the service department. Nearly 3 out of 4 dealers described service department business conditions as either “very strong” or “good.”

Survey data reveals that 30% of dealers report service department business conditions as “Very strong,” with another 41% saying service department business conditions were “Good” during the quarter. Another 23% responded “average.”
