Registration and room blocks are now open for the Outdoor Power Equipment Institute’s (OPEI) Annual Meeting, which will be held June 20-22 at the Omni Grove Park Inn in Asheville, North Carolina. The event is open to all OPEI members.
“This year’s event is designed to give attendees as much time as possible to connect with one another, and to come away from the meeting with actionable ideas to improve their businesses,” says Kris Kiser, OPEI president. “Asheville is easy to get to, and close to many of our member companies, so we’re expecting a great turnout as we celebrate 70 years of connecting members.”
The event program will include industry updates from OPEI staff, the annual OPEI Louisville Classic golf scramble and tours of Asheville breweries and the Biltmore Estate, plus a slate of engaging keynote speakers to address topics of leadership, the economy and business trends, including:
• Economist Alan Beaulieu – “Gauging the Risks Going Forward 2023 – 2024”
• Ford Motor Co. chief futurist Sheryl Connelly – “Confessions of a Corporate Futurist: Coming Trends That Will Revolutionize Your Business”
• Pulitzer Prize-winning presidential historian and author Jon Meacham – “The Art of Leadership: Lessons from the American Presidency”
OPEI reports that the room block at the Omni Grove Park Inn is open and reservations can be made online directly or by calling 800-438-5800.
