Basic Software Systems, Inc., a provider of business management systems, announced the release of the CNH Customer Parts Catalog (CPC) interface on Sept. 3. As a result, dealers’ customers can now access the parts catalog from any internet connection, and look up the parts they need before arriving at a dealership. The information that the customer sees will mirror the dealership’s current parts inventory.
The CPC interface will offer many features and benefits, including on-hand quantity, custom pricing based on the customer account number, and pick lists for invoicing.
