Walbro, the world’s largest carburetor manufacturer and leading supplier of fuel-injection, ignition and fuel systems, announced on July 28 a new corporate structure and strategy designed to better focus the company’s global resources on providing OEM partners a distinct competitive advantage in their markets.

“Walbro has always been known for innovation, quality and delivery, and our new strategy builds on this to create a clear Walbro discriminator for our OEMs,” said Walbro CEO Matt Riddle. “While external changes will be modest at first, our revised structure will improve our agility and speed to market by focusing our teams and aligning our technology with the needs of our key customers.
